Every contract now needs a licensed lawyer to clear the exact final version before anyone signs.

- Ironclad is now required to route exceptions and record each lawyer's clearance.

- Any change to a cleared contract cancels the clearance, so the lawyer reviews it again.

- Renewal and termination notices are no longer sent automatically; you and your lawyer send them.
